Yesterday, the 4th day of 2010, we had our 2nd workshop. I really enjoyed teaching the participants in how to make Chinese Red Bean Paste Pancake. Basically, I am glad to share the recipe because its one of my favourite dish. I remember the 1st time I tried to make the pancake, was 7 years ago. My friend and I were testing how to make good ones until 3am. After facing lots of obstacle, we finally succeeded. Oops... too much old grandma's story.
